So you want to change some things.

Maybe you’ve tried countless times to pick up a new fitness routine, eat healthier, have more energy, or some other healthy “thing” and it’s just not working. 

But it never sticks.

You start off well enough and then it all goes to the wayside. It’s annoying/frustrating/making you crazy. 

WHY DOES THAT HAPPEN?

That’s what you’re here to find out. Basically, it boils down to habits and behavior, but those are BIG topics, and I’m here to help you navigate them.

WHERE DO I START?

This site is broken down into three basic categories:

  • The Science of Habits
  • Healthy Habits
  • Cool Brain Stuff 
The short answer is to start where you’re at, but I recommend starting with the basics: The Science of Habits. Learn how habits work, familiarize yourself with some of the terminology, and then (when you’re ready), move on to applying those concepts in Healthy Habits, were you can search for content according to health topic.
